Sometimes people can find it difficult to express their feelings and emotions when sat down in a face-to-face session. Our Walk & Talk sessions break through this barrier by combining a gentle walk in the fresh air with a conversation that encourages self-discovery and realisation. Sometimes walking side-by-side with someone will encourage easier engagement and openness.
The walk will take place in the beautiful North Norfolk countryside or on a local Norfolk beach all rounded off with a refreshment.
Walk & Talk follows the same general format as a regular session – so you still get to focus on the key issues and you still receive a permanent record of what’s been discussed and the clear goals that have been agreed.
